To get connected, you will need Lightyear API credentials. If you don't already have these, reach out to [email protected]
Once we have provided the credentials, you'll need to pass these over to your Besyncly integration contact, they will then set up the connection.
Once the connection has been made, exports from Lightyear will run on a set schedule, or started manually for testing. This schedule can be negotiated and changed with your Besyncly contact.
You can start to upload invoices and credit notes to Lightyear, sending these through the Approvals workflow.
If any document fails to export from Lightyear, it will stay in the Signed Off tab with further information about the failure reason within the Activity tab in Panel 2.
