As standard out of the box, QuickBooks Desktop does not support uploading invoices/transactions in bulk, however there are a range of third party applications that you can use to achieve this. Some of the ones we recommend are
It's worth checking these out, as they all have different feature sets. Any specific questions would be best directed to their individual support teams.
