Sometimes you need to do disconnect from Lightyear via Xero to ensure a complete disconnection. Here is a step by step guide to walk you through the process:

Firstly, log into your Xero file. Make sure you're in the right company you wish to disconnect from if you have access to multiple accounts.

Head over to Settings>
Select Connected Apps
Here you will see a list of third party apps you're connected to. Locate Lightyear and click on Disconnect and that's done!
It would be worth double checking your Lightyear Accountancy Settings > refresh the page and Disconnect from Lightyear as well if it shows that it is still Connected.
