Bulk Actions On More Than 50 Documents
We have removed the limit on how many documents can be selected at one time within the Approvals Workflow allowing you to do more in less actions.
These actions can be seen within the following tabs, allowing you to do these actions:
Approvals Tab
Bulk Sign Off (in a Single Approval workflow)
Bulk Approve
Bulk Approve, Sign Off and Export
Bulk Return to Processing
Bulk Delete
Review Tab
Bulk Sign Off (in a Double Approval workflow)

Sales Order Fields
We have made some additional fields available in the Approvals Workflow that are specific to Sales Orders.
To enable these, head over to Company Settings, scroll down to Sales Orders and set to Yes.
The following fields will now be visible within the Show Delivery Details option in Panel 2:
Address 1
Address 2
Address 3
Town
County
Post Code
Delivery Instructions
Delivery Date From
Delivery Date To
Contact Phone #
Contact Mobile #
Please Note: these fields will not be exported to your Accountancy Software.
SSO – Email Changes
Users logged into Lightyear via an SSO provider will no longer be able to change their emails within My Profile due to complications this was causing. If you need to change your Email Address, please reach out to the Support Team and they will adjust this for you.
