Redirect Automation
If you have a Parent/Child Account structure, you can now make use of our new Redirect Automation feature!
When you are receiving documents from your supplier, you can give them one central email address (for the Parent Account) and we will redirect these into the relevant Child Account based on rules defined in your Company Settings.
This is useful in the scenario where you have multiple Child Accounts that receive documents from the same supplier. We can look at a word or phrase on the document that identifies the correct account, usually based off an address or post code, and send it on for you.
