Panel 1 and 2

We've heard your feedback of it being difficult to see all the columns and fields on screen. We have made a change to how you view your data within both Panel 1 and Panel 2 by introducing horizontal scrollbars when there's too much data on screen.

When the scrollbars become visible is completely dependent on how many columns you have active, how zoomed in you are on the page and your screen size.

With this release we have also added some performance enhancements to the load times of Panel 2, so you should see your data loading at a much faster pace.

Mobile App - SSO Login

We have made added the ability to log in via SSO if you are a Xero or The Access Group user, just click the relevant option to you, and go through the usual steps.

Splitting/Grouping

If you split/group any documents within Processing, we will automatically Map or Smart Extract these as appropriate to the flow you have set up.


For example, if you have Auto Smart Extract = Yes, and no Map exists for the document, after splitting/grouping pages, this will automatically Smart Extract.

Bug Fixes

We've also made the following bug fixes:

  • Expense Reports exported to MYOB AR with Send Attachment=Yes, will now send the Expense Report PDF with the attached receipt images.

  • Users with PO Restrict Visibility permissions will now be able to see the PO Detail within Panel 2 in My Tasks.

  • Smart Extracted documents where a value was extracted with . and , should now reflect the true amount e.g. £331,900 was previously extracting as £331.90, and is now showing the correct amount

  • Smart Extracted documents that went through the PO Matching flow were sometimes not fully Matching the lines as expected and these were stopping at the Match status. Now, depending on your Company Settings, these will go to Matched and Closed as expected.
