If you are someone who wants to use Smart Extract+ on all documents, you can now do so with this Disregard Map feature.

The flow of Smart Extract+ is that, when a document is uploaded and Auto Smart Extract is enabled, documents will always look for a working map to use or suggest first.

Now, with Disregard Map, you can tell us to not suggest specific maps moving forward. When all maps for a Supplier have been disregarded, the document will flow through and automatically use Smart Extract+ for the extraction method.

POs that are mapped were coming through to the Purchase Order Workflow with rounding bells on both the Tax and Total, as we were extracting these as 0.00 values.

This has been resolved and the extraction of totals will be saved as expected moving forward.

If you are a user of Netsuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Business Central, you can now enable and use more than 2 Categories/Dimensions within your Lightyear accounts.

This will allow you to manually assign the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. Category/Dimension to documents moving forward and export them to the relevant accounting software.

We have begun work on automating these additional categories, and further enhancements will be made over the coming months.
