As you may be aware if you're using Netsuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Business Central, a few months back we released the ability to enable more than two categories within your Lightyear account, giving you the ability to manually code your documents within Lightyear before export.

Now, with this latest release, you can use the Keyword Rule feature to automatically code all categories enabled to any bill/credit note that is received into Lightyear.
