Why are some of my GL codes not appearing in Lightyear when they are appearing in Xero?

If you notice the number of GL codes in Xero and Lightyear do not match, please note that Lightyear does not sync 'Bank Account' type transactions. This may therefore account for the discrepancy between the total number of GL codes you see when syncing into Lightyear compared to the number of GL codes you see in your Xero file.

If you create new GL Codes from time to time and see these in Xero but not in your Lightyear account, you simply need to re-sync your account.

Head to Settings > Accountancy > GL Codes > Edit > Import from Xero and this will refresh your list and display a summary of actions when complete.
