Access Financials/Dimensions - Exchange Rate

Within Accountancy Software Settings, when connected to Access Financials or Dimensions, you'll see a new option for Enable Exchange Rate Field.

When enabled, you'll see a new field in Panel 2 allowing you to enter a value to populate into the Exchange Rate field within Access Financials or Dimensions.

When disabled, you'll not see this additional field in Lightyear, and it will not populate in Access Financials or Dimensions.

Access Financials/Dimensions - Line Calculations

For users with Tax Rates of EC Type V, C, A, X or R, the tax amount on these line items will be calculated differently, and the tax value will be excluded from the header values.

Bug Fixes:

We have fixed the following issues:

  • Users with Approval Task & Archive permissions were having trouble accessing a variety of features, including

    • Archive - Trashed Processing

    • Archive - Purchase Orders

    • Archive - Exported Batches

    • Email to Me

  • Within Purchase Orders, some documents were displaying with different dates for Panel 1 and 2. This was especially prevalent for AU/NZ customers who were online earlier in the morning, when the UK timezones were a day behind.
