Accountancy Software: Sage 200 - Credit Note Due Dates
The Due Date field is now visible for Credit Note while connected to Sage 200. This comes after feedback of some customers needing to use and change this date as it was populating based on the Supplier Credit Terms on the export CSV.

Bug Fixes
We have made fixes and adjustments to the following areas:
Accounts with multiple Suppliers containing & in their name were finding it difficult to search for Suppliers within the Approvals Workflow Panel 2 dropdown, this has now been resolved
When in My Tasks, if you needed to re-assign a Task but were doing so to an Email Contact, rather than a user within Lightyear, this was failing previously. A fix has been released for this
Accounts connected to Access Dimensions or Access Financials were having difficulties exporting Expense Reports. This fix will allow these to be exported without issue

Automatic Accountancy Coding Imports
For accounts connected to Access Dimensions or Access Financials, you can now enable automatic accountancy imports which will detect any changes (newly created, updated or deleted) to your Supplier Cards, Tax Codes, Chart of Account Codes and Categories (Projects/Cost Centres).
To enable this, head over to Company Settings and set Automatic Accountancy Imports? to Yes.
Please Note: This is currently only available for Access Dimensions and Access Financials. If the feedback received is positive, we can continue to roll this out to other API connected accountancy softwares.

For accounts on Access Financials or Dimensions that use Cost Centres or Projects, if you import these to Lightyear and there is nothing in the Description field, i.e., only a Code, the Code will now populate in both Code and Description.
