Whitelisting our SPF records/IP addresses

For those using advanced security softwares, you may run into some issues with receiving emails from Lightyear as they may get picked up by spam filters/security products.

In order to avoid this, please whitelist our email domains (@lightyear.cloud and @lightyearap.com) and the ip addresses our emails are coming from.

Please see these listed as below:

  1. 54.240.89.57

  2. 54.240.89.58
    ​

Once whitelisted, please try:

  1. Checking your spam/quarantine inboxes to release the previous emails.

  2. Retrigger an email to see if you are able to receive the new emails.
    ​
