Accountancy Software: Netsuite - SuiteTax
Netsuite accounts with SuiteTax enabled can now make use of the feature within Lightyear by enabling it within Accountancy Software Settings.
Please Note: Do not enable this feature in Lightyear or Netsuite unless directed to by your relevant account manager or onboarded.

Splitting and Grouping Documents - File Size Limit
When you upload any document to Lightyear, either within the file upload, via email or within the mobile app, there is a 10MB size limit for each individual document.
This has now been replicated within the Splitting and Grouping Documents area - if you have several documents you want to group together, when the combined file size of these will result in a document over 10MB, this will fail and you will not be able to merge the documents.
We'd recommend grouping the pages that are relevant to the bill, and adding the additional pages through the paperclip attachment function.
