Google Chrome
Google Chrome is our recommended browser for the best Lightyear experience. Sometimes you will need to refresh your browser by clearing your Cookies and Cache. See the steps below for guidance:
Make sure you're logged out of Lightyear and you don't have any Lightyear windows open.
Go to the three dot menu in the top right corner > History (Shortcut: Ctrl+H)
From the left column, please select Clear browsing data
Select the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and cached image files as below. (Optional: you can also select Browsing history)
Clear Data
Et voila! You have successfully cleared your cookies and cache.
Firefox
Make sure you're logged out of Lightyear and you don't have any Lightyear windows open.
From the History menu, click on Clear Recent History (Ctrl +Shift+Del) and a new pop up window will open
From the Time range to clear: > Everything
Under History, select all the checkboxes to clear your entire cache
Click Clear Now
If you are using a different browser than the ones shown above, you can simply google - (your browser name) clear cookies and cache.
